Contract moulding
Our company has always been involved in contract manufacturing of blown containers and components for industrial use.
We have a fleet of blow moulding machines capable of producing containers with a capacity of up to 500 litres and technical articles weighing up to 20 kg, as well as injection moulding machines for plastic moulding up to 680 tonnes.
Working for many years with high-profile customers, we have gained in-depth experience in the production of plastic articles for various fields: in the automotiveindustry, the white goods industry, agriculture, cosmetics and many others.
The raw materials we use are mainly polyolefins, such as polyethylene and polypropylene, but also technopolymers such as ABS and polyamides.
Design and prototyping
We accompany the customer throughout the entire process, starting with the initial ideas, through the development phases such as feasibility studies, 3D prototyping and pilot mould making, final mould construction, to series production and delivery.
We regularly perform routine maintenance on the moulds stored on our premises to ensure good preservation and perfect functioning. For extraordinary maintenance, we rely on our trusted workshops.
Over time, we have designed and built all the necessary equipment for the production of components and finished products such as:

Warehouse storage
Over time, we have repeatedly received requests from our customers to stock products in order to provide them with cover in case of extraordinary needs.
For this, we can provide an area of 12,000 square metres of covered warehouse and 18,000 square metres of uncovered yard.
Thanks to the cooperation of our qualified staff and the use of state-of-the-art equipment, the goods are stored in an orderly, clean and rational manner.
