Rimborsi e resi

If the customer is a consumer i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form of the site a reference of VAT, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, if this has been stipulated and concluded at a distance, for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise the return, the customer must notify, within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods, his willingness to take advantage of this right. Communication may be by, for example, service ticket, registered letter, telephone or email. Such notice must contain the purchaser’s first and last name, nr. order, no. invoice and purchase date. will follow up the request by opening a support ticket.
The customer is requested to return the products in the same condition as received, provided with the original packaging (undamaged and complete in all their parts as they are considered integral parts of the goods), manuals, accessories, parts, keys and everything that was included, without any lack.
The consumer shall be liable, if any and only for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and operation. In the case where the asset is evidently used, such that it will suffer a consequent commercial depreciation when it is remarketed in the status of “used product,” any reduction in value will be made. Same also in the case of lack of original packaging or its non-integrity, such as to require repurchase from the manufacturer and replacement of the same.
To limit damage to the original packaging, we suggest, when necessary, placing it in a second box, avoiding in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging. The customer will provide through its own forwarding agent to forward the product at the logistics facility of our company (Cn Continental s.r.l., S.S. 35 dei Giovi, 41/a, 15057 Tortona (AL) ITALY, within 30 days of notice of withdrawal. Direct return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The goods, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, travel under your responsibility, so it is recommended that you insure the shipment against theft, loss or damage in transit (for which we assume no responsibility in return transport).
Only once we receive the good, we will issue refund depending on the occurrence of one of the following conditions:

  • qualora il cliente esercitasse il diritto di recesso a causa di difetti o malfunzionamenti della merce, a seguito di eventuale richiesta di foto e/o altre prove dell’effettivo malfunzionamento della stessa, emetteremo il rimborso dell’ordine, spese di spedizione incluse;
  • qualora invece il cliente esercitasse il diritto di recesso per qualsivoglia altro motivo, a seguito di eventuale richiesta di motivazioni del reso e/o proposta di soluzioni alternative al reso, emetteremo rimborso trattenendo le spese di spedizione sostenute dalla nostra azienda.

The refund will be issued within 30 days from the day we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract, using, except in special cases, the same payment method chosen by the customer.
Refunds may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he or she has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The Cn Continental s.r.l., has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement by providing the customer with a simple reasoned notice if force majeure or unforeseen impossibility not attributable to the online store or the carrier arises. In such cases, the customer will be entitled only to a refund of any amount already paid.
