CN Continental’s production activities are based on the following. 4 technological processes perfectly established and complementary to each other: blow molding, injection molding, filling e regeneration.
Blow molding technology is used to create hollow bodies. The company has 11 continuous extrusion blow mol ding machines for the production of bottles and jerry cans from 0.1 to 20 liters and 10 blow molding machines with accumulator heads for the production of containers up to 500 liters or technical parts up to 20 kg.
Injection molding makes it possible to produce artifacts of different shapes and sizes. The company has 3 injection molding machines from 100 up to 680 tons.
In CN Continental we also have 1 mixer and 2 tanks intended for the preparation and storage of eutectic solutions. These are transferred inside cold accumulators and eutectic plates of our own manufacture by means of 2 fillers: an automatic rotary fill er with 20 fillers of 3 liters each and an in-line filler with 4 fillers of 6 liters capacity each.
By means of a grinding and regeneration plant, we are able to reuse all plastic waste from production, ensuring maximum environmental compatibility of the technology used.
We are able to perform different types of processing on our products. Processing such as drilling, threading, and burr flaming can be performed by trained operators or, alternatively, by 2 newly acquired anthropomorphic robots that simulate human arm movements.
We identify our manufactured products by labeling or branding performed with inkjet or pad printers. In compliance with current regulations, we report the production batch on some of our items, which is essential data to ensure product traceability.
In order to offer our customers a service that is as complete as possible, we also take care of theassembly of parts from different sources, including components that we do not manufacture ourselves.
