Before communicating any personal data, CN Continental S.r.l. invites you to carefully read this privacy policy, as it contains important information on the protection of personal data and the security measures adopted to ensure their confidentiality in full compliance with the GDPR and:

2. The personal data being processed
'Personal Data' means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more characteristic elements of that person's physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

The Site's computer systems collect certain Personal Data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 3. Purpose, legal basis and obligatory or optional nature of processing
The Personal Data you provide through the Site will be processed by CN Continental S.r.l. for the following purposes:
- (a) purposes relating to the performance of a contract to which you are party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (e.g. request for contact via the Contact form, registration for the newsletter service, etc.);
- b) purposes of statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, without therefore the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the functioning of the Site, measuring traffic and assessing usability and interest;
- c) purposes related to the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which CN Continental S.r.l. is subject;
The lawful basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes in point a) is the provision of a service or response to a request that does not require consent under the GDPR.
The purpose referred to in point b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, while the purpose referred to in point c) is a lawful processing of Personal Data under the GDPR as the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which CN Continental S.r.l. is subject.
The provision of your Personal Data for the purposes listed above is optional, but failure to provide it may make it impossible to respond to your request or fulfil a legal obligation to which CN Continental S.r.l. is subject.
4. Addressees
Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes specified in Section 3, with:

Within the limits of the GDPR, you have the right to request from CN Continental S.r.l., at any time, access to your Personal Data, to have it rectified or erased or to object to its processing, to object to its processing, to have it restricted and to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning you.

This Privacy Policy is in force as of 04/04/2018. CN Continental S.r.l. reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or completely, also due to changes in Applicable Law. CN Continental S.r.l. will inform you of such variations as soon as they are introduced and will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site.
