2. The personal data being processed

'Personal Data' means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more characteristic elements of that person's physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

3. Purpose, legal basis and obligatory or optional nature of processing

The Personal Data you provide through the Site will be processed by CN Continental S.r.l. for the following purposes:

  1. (a) purposes relating to the performance of a contract to which you are party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (e.g. request for contact via the Contact form, registration for the newsletter service, etc.);
