Before disclosing any personal data, CN Continental S.r.l. invites you to read this privacy policy carefully, as it contains important information on the protection of personal data and the security measures taken to ensure their confidentiality in full compliance with the GDPR and:

2. The personal data being processed

“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more features of his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

The Personal Data collected by the Site are as follows.

1.Navigation data

The Site’s computer systems collect some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 3. Purpose, legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of processing

The Personal Data you provide through the Site will be processed by CN Continental S.r.l. for the following purposes:

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes in (a) is the provision of a service or response to a request that does not require consent under the GDPR.
The purpose set forth in par. (b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, while for the purposes set forth in par. c) represents legitimate processing of Personal Data under the GDPR because the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which CN Continental S.r.l. is subject.
Providing your Personal Data for the purposes listed above is optional, but failure to provide it may make it impossible to respond to your request or fulfill a legal obligation to which CN Continental S.r.l. is subject.

4. Target audience

Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes specified in Section 3, with:

  1. subjects necessary for the provision of services offered by the Site including without limitation the sending of e-mail and analysis of the operation of the Site who typically act as data processors of CN Continental S.r.l.;

7. Your rights

Within the limits of the GDPR, you have the right to request from CN Continental S.r.l., at any time, access to your Personal Data, to have it rectified or erased or to object to its processing, to object to its processing, to restriction of its processing as well as to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning you.
